 PODCAST INLEIDING 
Dalton Jansen kreeg twee jaar geleden een extra aantekening op zijn diploma Urban Contemporary van de dansacademie: "choreografisch talent!",nu doet hij mee aan Danslokaal 8, het ontwikkelingstraject voor dansmakers van Conny Janssen, Dansateliers en Korzo. Samen met Conny Janssen praat hij in deze inleidende podcast over zijn werk en ontwikkeling, over Black Lives Matter en de focus op het kunstenaarschap.

Conny Janssen Danst provides opportunities for young talent through DANSLOKAAL, the talent development project, where young artists are invited to develop new work together with the dancers of Conny Janssen Danst. In its annual DANSLOKAAL the dance company opens its doors to a varied group of creative artists. For each event artistic director Conny Janssen, one of the leading choreographers in the Netherlands, selects promising choreographers with diverse backgrounds in collaboration with Dansateliers and Korzo. The contributors to DANSLOKAAL 8 are choreographers Andreas Hannes (Dansateliers), Dalton Jansen (Conny Janssen Danst) and Antonin Rioche (Korzo). After a series of performances in Rotterdam, Conny Janssen Danst provides a nationwide platform to the young choreographers.
